"Aurubis Bulgaria" AD: Notice to shareholders

Dear shareholders,

Aurubis Bulgaria AD informs you that on September 2, 2021 a General Assembly of the shareholders of the company was held, at which a decision was made to pay a dividend in the amount of BGN 12.73 per share.

Dividends will be paid from September 7, 2021.

According to Art. 40.1 of the Articles of Association of the company, dividends are paid by bank transfer to the accounts of shareholders certified by them with an official certificate from a bank, upon presentation of an identity document of the individual or the representative of the legal entity - shareholder, and after establishing the relevant shareholder as of the date of payment in the book of shareholders, kept by Central Depository AD.

The representatives of the shareholders authorized to receive the dividend must, in addition, present an explicit written power of attorney with a notarized signature of the principal.
